We are lookingfor an experienced and dedicated store supervisor to manage our retail store.In this role, your duties will include overseeing employees and finances, andcontrolling the quality of products and services. You may also be required toevaluate the job performance of retail staff.

Responsibilities:

·       Overseeingsalespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other employees.

·       Managingfinances and preparing an annual budget.

·       Keeping recordsof expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance.

·       Evaluating thesupply and availability of stocks, and profit-margins.

·       Implementingmeasures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.

·       Monitoring shelvesstocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.

·       Investigatingmarket trends and offering products that would appeal to customers.

·       Addressingcustomers' requests, comments, and complaints.

·       Motivatingemployees to achieve targets.

·       Training newstaff members and scheduling shifts.

Qualifications:

·       Demonstrableexperience in a supervisory capacity at a retail store, or similar.

·       Extensiveexperience with preparing budgets, and financial and expense reports.

·       In-depthknowledge of product and consumer trends, and marketing strategies.

·       Exceptionalinterpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.
