Mon-Fri, 8.30AM - 6PM
Location: Central (Raffles)
Performance Bonus
Job Scope :
Lead and manage the mailroom team, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to SOPs and company guidelines.
Provide guidance to team members and maintain high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and customer service.
Handle daily client communications, enquiries, feedback, and operational issues, escalating matters when required.
Perform mail collection, sorting, security screening, franking, and distribution.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing local and international courier items.
Prepare daily/monthly operational reports and ensure documents are processed accurately and within stipulated timelines.
Monitor mailroom cleanliness, security, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Handle and move items within the client’s premises when required.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
