Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our customer base and drive sales growth in the printing industries. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote our printing solutions to target customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Promote the company's printing products and services
• Prepare quotations and proposals, and follow up on sales enquiries
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product consultations
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and sales activities to generate leads

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of sales or business development experience (experience in the F&B or printing industry is an advantage)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools
• Willing to travel for client meetings
