QUANTITY SURVEYOR / CONTRACT EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities:

• Tender Management: Handle tender participation, pricing, submission, and attend site briefings or meetings.
• Cost Estimation: Prepare quantity taking-off, built-up rates, source quotations, and prepare cost comparisons.
• Contract Administration: Handle Bills of Quantities (BQ), Work Orders, Purchase Orders, and Delivery Orders, while managing monthly progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Project Monitoring: Monitor project progress, supplier and subcontractor payments, and coordinate with Site Managers.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients, and travel to project sites when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying/Landscape Architecture or any related
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage
• Independent, proactive & team player
