Job Responsibilities:
Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.
Researching prospective accounts in target markets.
Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.
Responsible for driving business growth within a company.
They develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.
Job Requirements:
Degree in engineering or construction management or business related.
More than 5 years of relevant working experience in Business Development for construction or
building facilities management, A&A works
is a plus.
Driven and passionate in networking and clinching deals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good network.
