Role Description The Junior Research Analyst role at Atlas Workspace is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. In this role, the analyst supports research projects by collecting, organizing, and synthesizing data from academic and market sources. Day-to-day tasks include conducting literature reviews, performing basic statistical analysis, preparing clear summaries and reports, and contributing to research frameworks within the Atlas Workspace platform. The analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate findings into actionable insights and to improve the usability and relevance of research outputs. The role also involves maintaining data accuracy, documenting methodologies, and participating in internal discussions on research design and best practices.
Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data
• Proficiency in Research and Market Research methods, including literature reviews and data gathering
• Foundational knowledge of Statistics and comfort with basic analytical tools or software
• Effective Communication skills for presenting findings in written reports and team discussions
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Data Science, Business, Social Sciences, or a related discipline
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
