Job Description

• Deliver professional beauty/wellness treatments while consistently achieving personal sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience at every visit.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Perform professional skin/wellness analysis and provide appropriate advice and treatment recommendations.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, hygienic, and well-maintained in accordance with the Company's cleanliness and safety standards.
• Handle, maintain, and ensure the proper upkeep of outlet equipment and treatment machines.
• Adhere strictly to all treatment protocols, operating procedures, and Company guidelines.
• Carry out any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the beauty and wellness industry.
• Possession of a recognized professional beauty certification will be an added advantage.
• Passionate about beauty, customer service, and delivering quality treatments.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Well-groomed with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
