JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Graduation Year : 2017 - 2026
• Fields of Study : Any
• Education Level (pursuing / obtained) : SPM and above
• Required Level of Work Experience : None, fresh graduates are welcome
• Responsible, and willing to learn
• Able to wort at SS2 Petaling Jaya branch.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google tools)
• Have experience using Microsoft excel, Microsoft Word and Canva (basic)

JOB SCOPE

• Perform general administrative and clerical tasks (e.g., preparing reports, documents, and other necessary paperwork).
• Support office operations by coordinating administrative tasks.
• Assist with marketing tasks, such as creating simple social media posts.
• Provide necessary support parents’ and students’ inquiries.
• Supporting the manager in completing marketing tasks.
• Post content on our social media pages, including photo, video, and other engaging contents formats.
• Ensure the tuition centre is well-maintained, clean, and tidy.
• Complete any other duties assigned by management.

JOB INFORMATION

• Probation Period: 3 months
• Working Days: 5.5 days per week
• Operation Hours: Weekdays – 1pm to 10pm || Weekends – 9am to 6pm
• Full Time Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,800 per month (plus performance bonus)

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Contract, New-Grad

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
