About the Role

We are looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to support our purchasing team in ensuring materials and components are available on time for smooth production operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in Purchasing & Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily purchasing activities, including quotation, purchase orders, and supplier follow-up.
• Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor outstanding orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with Production, Planning, Warehouse, and Finance on purchasing requirements.
• Assist in handling urgent orders, delivery delays, and material shortages.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and update the ERP system.
• Support supplier sourcing, evaluation, and cost-saving activities.
• Perform other purchasing-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; purchasing/manufacturing experience is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Positive attitude, organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
