We are seeking a hands-on and reliable After-Sales Service Engineer to join our technical team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy fieldwork, solving technical problems on-site, and are open to overseas assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site equipment installation and commissioning
• Carry out routine equipment maintenance and servicing
• Assist in operational training for client engineers
• Troubleshoot on-site equipment issues, including PLC programming, commissioning, and program optimization
• Document equipment issues and ensure timely resolution and feedback
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Proficient in equipment commissioning, maintenance, and PLC programming
• High school qualification or Course in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Automation, or related engineering discipline
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to travel overseas frequently and work overtime as required
• Fluent in Mandarin
• Applicants must be Malaysian citizens (due to overseas assignment and work permit requirements)
