Deliver Outstanding Guest Service

• Welcome and assist guests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Respond promptly to client and guest inquiries both in person and via email/MS Teams
• Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance throughout events
• Handle requests with efficiency and a genuine service-oriented approach
• Maintain a polished, professional presence at all times

Support Event Operations

• Foster a sense of community and create happiness at work for our team, our client and their guest.
• Creating a welcoming environment for C-suite guest, VVIPs, internal & external customers by providing authentic, caring and timely service.
• Ensure grooming guidelines are maintained to ensure brand consistency
• Handle several tasks simultaneously while maintaining service quality
• Adapt quickly to changing circumstances and last-minute requests
• Stay organized during busy periods and high-volume events
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless operations
• Remain calm and solution-focused under pressure

Visitor Management

• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, guests, and event attendees
• Provide clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Relay important information between clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Prepare event notes and handover reports for seamless coordination
• Respond to inquiries with accuracy and attention to detail

Vendor Coordination

• Liaise with suppliers, caterers, AV technicians, and other service providers
• Ensure vendors arrive on time and have everything needed for successful delivery
• Monitor vendor setup and service quality during events
• Communicate any issues or requirements to the Senior Concierge or management

Operations

• Ensure the auditorium and supporting spaces are immaculately presented
• Conduct regular checks of public areas, restrooms, and event spaces
• Address any cleanliness or presentation issues immediately
• Help maintain inventory of event supplies and materials
• Support the team in upholding premium venue standards

Qualifications 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, F&B, or tourism sectors, including event coordination experience.
• Managed high profile management team (e.g., C-suite & VVIPS)
• Prior experience to manage meeting room services is an advantage
• Diploma from an accredited institute
• Task Skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of verbal and written English
• Proactive mindset and ability to manage C-suite and VVIP personnel’s
• Knowledge of food handling and white glove service skills are essential Execute premium service standards and readiness to meet expectations
• In-dept knowledge of Wine, Spirits & Beverages (Able to create cocktails)
