About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a number of well-known retail and luxury retail brands who are seeking passionate and customer-focused Sales Associates to join their teams in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a premium shopping experience.
Build strong relationships with customers and provide personalized product recommendations.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date on new collections and promotions.
Support daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and cashiering duties.
Requirements
Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for fashion, luxury goods, and customer engagement.
A proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
Fluency in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
