Responsibilities

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Facilities Supervisor to manage the total facilities operations across all Marks & Spencer retail stores, offices, and warehouses in Hong Kong. You will oversee both hard and soft services, ensuring our physical environments meet the highest standards of safety, functionality, and commercial presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all daily facility operations, including MEP, housekeeping, pest control, security services, fire protection systems, CCTV, and access control.

  • Oversee third party service providers and hold them accountable to agreed SLAs and KPIs.

  • Drive preventative maintenance programs and identify root causes of facility issues to prevent recurrence.

  • Implement and enforce Al Futtaim Health and Safety standards across all locations.

  • Partner with Store Managers and security teams to evaluate and upgrade safety and loss prevention measures.

  • Support annual business planning, manage monthly FM budgets, process purchase orders, and track vendor invoices.

  • Manage the internal helpdesk (CAFM) to ensure all store maintenance requests are resolved within target times.

  • Maintain accurate MEP asset records and ensure all equipment is serviced properly.

  • Collaborate with Group Procurement to source and specify scopes of work for external vendors.

Requirements

  • Technical Diploma or formal education in Facilities Management. Affiliation with an FM body like BIFM or IFMA is highly preferred.

  • 3 to 5 years of practical experience in Retail Facilities Management within the Hong Kong market.

  • Strong technical knowledge of MEP and security systems.

  • Deep understanding of the Hong Kong property market, including local service providers, landlord relations, and regulatory approvals like Fire Services Department licensing.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate clearly with both internal teams and external vendors.

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

  • Strong IT skills, specifically in MS Office and Helpdesk Management software.
