We are looking for a process-focused individual with impeccable time management and strong coordination skills to help transform ideas and materials into finished, physical products.

The Manufacturing Executive is tasked with overseeing and directing our company's production to create pieces that are beautiful, functional and valuable.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with supervisors to meet production output targets efficiently, while keeping the cost at bay with no variances.
• Work closely with the planning team to ensure production meets deadlines (High delivery on time (DOT %))
• Enforce a safe and conducive working environment with various departments (e.g. Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering Services, Safety, and other manufacturing sections).
• Assist in problem-solving on the production floor.
• Ensuring a smooth transition of new products from NPD to production.
• Continuous improvement of planning, scheduling and operations

Key Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably 2 years of working experience in a related field.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
