About the Role

Join Sin Kian Wah, a trusted heavy commercial vehicle service provider, as an Admin Executive (Workshop).

You’ll coordinate between customers, mechanics, and the workshop team to keep repair jobs running smoothly.

Good to Know

• 6-days work week (Mon - Sat; 9am to 6pm)
• About 5 minutes' walk from Gul Circle MRT.
• Workshop-based role.
• Occasional coordination of vehicle breakdowns outside regular working hours may be required.

What You'll Do

• Schedule and coordinate vehicle repair jobs.
• Attend to customer enquiries and provide job updates.
• Coordinate with mechanics on repair progress.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, DOs and POs.
• Update job and service records.
• Check and record spare parts used.
• Pick parts for the workshop when required.
• Coordinate vehicle breakdown repairs when needed.
• Handle other duties assigned by the Workshop Manager.

Requirements

• Able to communicate in Mandarin with Mandarin-speaking customers
• Computer literate
• Organised and responsible
• Able to work independently
• Willing to learn
• Workshop, automotive, admin or customer service experience is an advantage
