• Handle end-to-end conveyancing processes including sub-sale, direct purchase from developers, refinancing, discharge of charge, and perfection of transfer/charge.
• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents such as Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA), loan agreements, and tenancy agreements.
• Liaise with clients, bankers, developers, and government authorities to ensure smooth and timely completion of transactions.
• Conduct title searches, land office dealings, and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements: .

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B) and valid practicing certificate.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in conveyancing
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
