Community & Order Support Executive
2Hr Aquarist | Part-time | Contract
We sell products for freshwater planted aquariums. Our customers are hobbyists, and we sell to them directly as well as through shops and distributors around the world.
The job is half order, half people.
The orders half is processing sales orders, following up with customer accounts, and chasing shipments that have gone quiet. Making sure nothing gets forgotten.
The people half is looking after the hobbyists who post their tanks, tag us and ask questions - including our ambassadors and influencers. Most of it happens through our helpdesk.
What you'd be doing
Processing and tracking orders, both for shops and for individual customers
Following up with shops and distributors on reorders, open quotes and shipments in transit
Replying to customers and ambassadors by email and on social, in our voice
Keeping our contact records up to date
What we're looking for
You're organised. You finish what you start, and you reply when you say you will.
You like talking to people online. AI helps with the writing, so don't worry about grammar.
You're happy to learn new tools — helpdesk, inventory, CRM, spreadsheets. We'll teach you ours.
Experience with orders, customer support or account management is welcome.
Knowing the hobby is a plus, not a requirement.
Hours
About 3–4 hours a day, 5 days a week, with some flexibility.
