Customer Services
- Friendly, prompt and efficient customer service. Respond to customer enquiries and complaints.
- Upsell on Promotions and Specials.
- Process all Point of Sale (POS) transactions in an accurate and timely manner.
- Manage inventory and pricing to achieve targeted sales.
- Estimate and order supplies / products required for smooth operation.
- Receive deliveries and check inventory, including daily counts of products.
- Work on creative store layout and product displays.
- Perform daily closing (Including cash counts) and generate related documents and reports.
- Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene and safety control standards.
- General housekeeping in the outlet; clean and sanitize work area (including display shelves and counters, tables, floor, walls, freezer, etc.).
- Supervise and organize the activities of the employees working at the outlet, providing guidance and support in their daily work, and ensuring daily operations is timely, organized and efficient.
- Other duties as assigned by the Management.
- Candidates with lesser experience but possess a WSQ Diploma in Retail Management are welcome to apply.
- Service-oriented and hands-on person.
- Must be prepared to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and coordination skills, and demonstrated ability to work as a team in a professional manner.
