ABOUT THE ROLE

• In this role, you’ll sit at the centre of the business, helping translate leadership priorities into clear actions across Business Development, Client Services, Operations and other functions. You’ll support business planning, new initiatives, market expansion and operational improvements, while keeping a close eye on performance, execution and cross-functional alignment.
• You’ll also provide oversight across key projects and accounts, identify opportunities to improve productivity and service delivery, and help ensure new ideas move successfully from concept to implementation.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic & Operational Support

• – Act as a key coordination point for the Market Director and General Manager across multiple business functions.
  – Support business planning, strategic goal setting and management-level reporting.
  – Translate leadership priorities into clear actions, timelines and ownership across relevant teams.

• Business Planning & Performance

• – Support the development and execution of short- and medium-term market plans.
  – Monitor business performance against agreed objectives, targets and key performance indicators.
  – Identify emerging performance gaps, risks and growth opportunities.

• New Business & Growth Initiatives

• – Partner with the Business Development team to assess, scope and launch new business opportunities.
  – Support the evaluation of new markets, channels, clients and expansion opportunities.
  – Lead or coordinate pilot projects from initial concept through implementation and review.

• Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

• – Review existing business processes, workflows and team structures to identify inefficiencies and gaps.
  – Develop recommendations to simplify processes, improve productivity and strengthen service delivery.
  – Work with functional teams to implement process improvements and monitor their effectiveness.

• Project & Initiative Management

• – Lead or support cross-functional projects aligned with strategic business priorities.
  – Define project objectives, deliverables, timelines and key success measures.
  – Coordinate stakeholders across departments to maintain alignment and momentum.

• Digital & Business Enablement

• – Identify opportunities to use technology and digital tools to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
  – Work with relevant teams to assess emerging tools and software solutions for practical business use.
  – Support the adoption of solutions that streamline processes, strengthen reporting or improve service delivery.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance or a related discipline is preferred.
– Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience across business management, operations, strategy, business development or a similar role.
– Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership, General Managers or market-level executives.
– Able to work effectively across different functions and levels of seniority.
– Familiarity with emerging technologies, software solutions and digital productivity tools.
