About the role

The Operation Intern will assist the Operations team in handling daily operational activities, order processing, documentation, delivery coordination and administrative tasks. The intern will gain practical experience in logistics, warehouse and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate Sales Orders (SO) received from the Sales/Sales Admin team.

• Ensure all orders are properly recorded and communicated to the Operations team.

• Prepare and maintain operational documents, delivery orders, invoices, purchase requests and other relevant documents.

• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse and Logistics to ensure orders are fulfilled according to schedule.

• Arrange and coordinate delivery schedules with drivers, transporters and customers.

• Maintain accurate records of stock movement, delivery records and operational documents.

• Assist in preparing daily, weekly and monthly operation reports.

• Key in data into the company's system/Excel and ensure information is accurate and up to date.

• Monitor and maintain proper filing of operation-related documents.

• Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by the Operation Manager.

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in:

• Logistics & Supply Chain Management

• Business Administration

• Operations Management

• Transportation Management

• or other related fields.
