Job Description

·      We are looking for a Functional Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience to bridge business and technology teams and translate business needs into clear, implementable functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities 

·      Engage stakeholders to gather, analyse, and clarify business requirements. 

·      Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

·      Analyse and document current and future-state business processes, workflows, business rules, and system behaviours. 

·      Work closely with product owners, solution architects, developers, testers, and business users throughout the SDLC. 

·      Define functional requirements for system integrations, interfaces, data mappings, validations, and dependencies. 

·      Support SIT/UAT by reviewing test scenarios, clarifying requirements, and assisting with defect triage. 

·      Maintain requirements traceability, documentation, assumptions, dependencies, and stakeholder sign-offs. 

Requirements 

·      2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role in IT implementation projects. 

·      Strong requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

·       Experience with functional specifications, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules. 

·      Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies. 

·      Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Basic understanding of APIs, system integrations, databases, and data mapping is an advantage. 

·      Experience with BPMN/UML, SIT/UAT, and enterprise or government projects is a plus.
