Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Establish and monitor quality management systems and programs for product quality, manufacturing quality, customer and supplier quality

                                    • Manage customer incident cases and fulfil customer audits and requirements

                                    • Lead all assigned quality projects, drive problem-solving process and present proposals for solutions

                                    • Align and track project deliverables, report on progress and prepare presentation for internal and customer stakeholders

                                    • Identify areas of opportunities and gaps to drive technical audit and inspection, lab testing process excellence across different categories and countries

Requirements:

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • 5+ years’ experience in quality assurance in sizable electronics consumer product or electronic toys industry, with at least 3 years at managerial level

                                      • A good technical knowledge of electronic consumer products, factory production and operation process

                                      • Familiar with the international toys safety requirements (Physical, Chemical, & Electrical)

                                      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-oriented thinking and end-to-end mindset

                                      • A self-starter who anticipates potential issues and acts to prevent them

                                      • Strong ability to work with regional and headquarter team for results

                                      • Frequent travel to China factory (Around 60%)

                                      • Occasional travel to our Penang plant for project transfer
