Job Description

Responsibilities

JD Project Planner – Data Centre | Main Contractor


Develop & maintain Master Programme, Baseline Programme and detailed Work Programmes using Primavera P6 / MS Project.

️ Prepare WBS & CPM schedules, identifying critical path, key milestones and project interfaces.

Monitor project progress and prepare S-Curves, planned vs. actual progress and schedule updates.

Track schedule performance, identify delays, constraints and potential programme risks.

Prepare look-ahead & recovery programmes, including delay analysis, resequencing and mitigation plans.

Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved.
