Located in Woodlands
Air-conditioned premises
Mondays to Saturdays, 11am to 9pm

Responsibilities:
Collection of goods from suppliers
Delivery of orders to customers in a safe and timely manner
Loading and unloading of goods
Communicate with customers on delivery status of goods
Render good service to customers on delivery requests, payment collection and other services
Upkeep and maintenance of vehicle
Picking and packing of customers' orders, and housekeeping of the warehouse, whenever necessary
Requirements:
Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driver’s license
Familiar with the service standards and customers' expectations in e-commerce operations (recent experience in a pet-related e-commerce preferred)
Minimum of 2 years' delivery experience (e-commerce delivery experience preferred)
Able to handle delivery runs of up to 36 orders daily
Responsible, focused & motivated team player with a positive attitude
