Job Summary

This role involves managing marketing materials and inventory, coordinating event logistics, and providing on-site operational support to ensure successful event execution and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Warehouse & Inventory

• Manage the receiving, storage, issuance, and return of marketing materials and event equipment.
• Organize and maintain the marketing warehouse to ensure materials are properly stored and easily accessible.
• Prepare, pack, and distribute event materials, promotional items, and marketing assets for events and transfers between retail outlets.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.

2. Event Coordination

• Ensure all event materials, promotional items, and equipment are prepared before each event.
• Support event setup and dismantling to ensure smooth event operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure event requirements are fulfilled.

3. On-Site Event Operations

• Provide on-site operational support throughout events to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Manage event registration, redemption counters, cashiering, and promotional activities.
• Support customer engagement activities during events and other promotional activities.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in event coordination, logistics, warehouse/store operations, or retail operations is preferred.
• Experience in event setup, inventory/stock management, and on-site event coordination will be an advantage.
• Experience in the Pharmacy, Healthcare, Retail, or FMCG industry will be an advantage.
• Possess own vehicle and be willing to travel for work-related purposes.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and evenings when supporting events.
• Comfortable with event setup, stock handling, and warehouse-related tasks.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
