Role Description The Tendering Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bandar Baru Bangi. This role is responsible for coordinating and preparing tender documents, proposals, and relevant submission materials in accordance with client requirements and company standards. The Tendering Executive will review tender specifications, gather technical and commercial inputs from internal teams, and ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and submitted within deadlines. Daily tasks include tracking tender opportunities, maintaining tender records, liaising with stakeholders, and supporting negotiations and clarifications with clients as needed. The role also involves assisting with market research, pricing analysis, and continuous improvement of tendering processes and templates.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in document preparation, formatting, and organization, including the ability to draft clear and structured tender proposals.
• Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and basic commercial evaluation to support competitive tender pricing and strategy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical, commercial, and management teams, and to interact professionally with clients and partners.
• High attention to detail, time management, and planning abilities to manage multiple tender deadlines and ensure compliance with all submission requirements.
• Comfort with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, and email/CRM systems).
• Diploma or degree in engineering, business, management, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in tendering, bids, or proposals will be an advantage.
• Understanding of technology, engineering, or project management environments, with the ability to learn technical concepts quickly.
• Demonstrated integrity, problem-solving skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,999.00 per month
