Job Description
Responsibilities
- To coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
- To break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
- To liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
- To assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- To ensure clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.
- To prepare quotations and budgets.
- To analyse risks and opportunities.
- To oversee project procurement management.
- To monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- To be the point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders.
- To use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.
- To review and issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement).
- To create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- To ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
