Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for recruiting and onboarding new agencies and hosts through various channels and platforms.
• Responsible for understanding agencies' needs, providing daily support, addressing enquiries, and proposing operational strategies and optimisation suggestions based on different situations.
• Responsible for analysing agencies' weekly and monthly performance data, and driving agency activation, engagement, and retention.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities, while acting as a communication bridge between agencies and the platform by collecting market feedback and insights.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the live streaming, voice chat, or social entertainment industry is preferred.
• Candidates with experience as platform staff, host, agency admin/operator, agency owner, host recruiter, or other related roles within the live streaming or voice room industry are highly preferred.
• Have a good command of Microsoft Office.
• Team-oriented, motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Presentable, motivated, flexible, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Fast learner with a passion for the internet and social entertainment industry.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
