Job Description

• Lead the administration and governance of compensation and benefits programmes.
• Oversee annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and employee benefits administration.
• Manage end-to-end payroll operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team supporting payroll and benefits operations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and employment-related requirements.
• Manage payroll vendors and drive service delivery excellence.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and employee experience.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits and Payroll management.
• Strong understanding of payroll practices, rewards administration, and statutory compliance.
• Experience managing payroll operations for medium to large employee populations.
• Proven people management and team leadership experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.
