• Operate CNC Laser Cutting machines according to production requirements.
• Set up and adjust machine parameters such as cutting speed, power, gas pressure and focus.
• Read and understand engineering drawings, cutting layouts and work instructions.
• Load and unload metal sheets/materials onto the laser cutting machine safely.
• Check material type, thickness and dimensions before starting production.
• Monitor the cutting process and identify abnormal machine conditions or cutting defects.
• Perform first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks.
• Measure finished parts using vernier caliper, measuring tape and other measuring instruments.
• Ensure finished products meet required dimensions, specifications and quality standards.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments when required.
• Replace consumables such as cutting nozzles, lenses and other applicable parts.
• Carry out routine cleaning, lubrication and basic preventive maintenance of the machine.
• Report machine breakdowns, defects or abnormal conditions to the supervisor or maintenance personnel.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure the work area is clean and safe.
• Follow company safety procedures, PPE requirements and work instructions.
• Handle materials and finished products carefully to prevent damage.
• Record production quantities, machine conditions, material usage and downtime where required.
• Minimize material wastage and optimize sheet/material utilization.
• Assist in other production activities when required by the supervisor.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
