Job Description

• Design, build and continuously improve LLM-powered chatbot and AI agent applications using LangChain and related frameworks, including RAG, tool calling, memory, workflow orchestration and multi-agent systems.
• Develop, deploy and maintain end-to-end AI application components, including data processing, prompt engineering, retrieval pipelines, model evaluation, API services, observability and production infrastructure.
• Proficiently leverage coding agents and AI-assisted development tools in daily engineering work to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, refactoring and technical research, while maintaining high standards of code quality and reliability.
• Build comprehensive evaluation and monitoring frameworks for LLM applications, covering response quality, latency, cost, retrieval performance and system reliability, and provide insights to continuously improve user experience and business impact.
  
  

Requirements

• Strong programming and software engineering skills. Proficient in Python and familiar with API service development, deployment and production engineering practices.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain or similar LLM application frameworks. Familiar with common chatbot and agent architectures, including RAG, vector databases, embeddings, tool calling, structured output and agent workflows.
• Highly proficient in using coding agents and AI coding tools to complete real-world software engineering tasks efficiently. Able to effectively instruct, review and collaborate with coding agents rather than relying solely on manual development.
• Good understanding of LLM fundamentals, prompt engineering and evaluation methodologies. Experience with major LLM APIs and open-source models is preferred.
• Diligent and practical, with excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates with hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade LLM chatbot or AI agent applications will be considered first.
