Salary: Up to $3,900/month, depending on relevant experience
Full-Time Position

Working Hours

Morning Shift

• Mon–Fri: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

• Sat: 7:30 AM until completion of daily tasks

• Sun: Off

Afternoon Shift

• Mon–Fri: 3:30 PM until completion of daily tasks

• Sat: Off

• Sun: 7:30 AM until completion of daily tasks

Your Role

• Coordinate and manage a team of prime mover drivers

• Plan and assign daily jobs efficiently

• Monitor job progress and driver movements

• Coordinate trucking arrangements and depot bookings

• Handle operational documentation and systems

• Communicate with drivers, customers and internal teams

• Support smooth and efficient daily operations

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O-Level or A-Level

• Preferably 5 years of relevant logistics/traffic control experience

• Good command of English and Mandarin for communication with relevant stakeholders

• Good knowledge of Singapore roads and routes

• Strong planning, coordination and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook

• Familiarity with PSA Portnet / Haulier Community System is an advantage

• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
