Job Summary
We are looking for a Purchasing Executive to source and buy parts at the best price and quality.

Responsibilities

• Source and negotiate with suppliers
• Issue purchase orders and follow up on delivery
• Keep stock at the right level
• Compare prices and check supplier quality
• Work with the warehouse, sales, and accounts teams
• Keep purchasing records up to date

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• At least 2–3 years of purchasing experience
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (to deal with suppliers)
• Knowledge of air-cond or electrical parts is an advantage

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
