Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day project development and management from inception until handover.
• Prepare and submit progress claim to main contractor within the stipulated time frame.
• Follow up with main contractor on the issuance of payment certification.
• Assist project management in measurement for tender costing.
• Assist project management to provide the costing of material/product during tender process.
• Manage to review the contract/LoA of the project.
• Work closely with project team, suppliers & general workers.
• Manage matters related to project planning, liaising with consultants, contractors and local authorities.
• Handle purchasing for project department, arrange delivery for the purchase.
• Prepare and manage project-related such as proposal drawing, correspondence, technical report and any project paperwork/documentation and ensure they are current, properly filed and well stored.
• Liaise with Account Dept. to ensure the payment of each project are paid accordingly within due date given.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
