Job Description

• Provide administrative and operational support to the VPA and Operations Manager.
• Coordinate schedules, documentation, logistics, events, examinations and meetings.
• Monitor and report facility defects, feedback and operational issues.
• Supervise vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair works.
• Conduct routine checks on school facilities, cleanliness and safety.
• Coordinate cleaning schedules, asset maintenance and inventory management.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors and external stakeholders.
• Assist with procurement, purchasing and operational systems.
• Support school safety and security procedures, including pupil arrival and dismissal.
• Maintain accurate records for assets, inventory and renovation projects.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ experience in operations, logistics and/or estate management.
• Administrative and operations experience is an advantage.
• School or child-centric environment experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel& PowerPoint) and general computer skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Able to handle vendors, multitask and manage challenging situations calmly.
• Team player with a patient and adaptable personality.
• FSM or WSH certification is an added advantage
