About the Role

We are expanding our core R&D team in Shenzhen and selectively in Singapore， targeting engineers and scientists who come from precision equipment， semiconductor capital equipment， or complex optical/metrology backgrounds.

You do not need PCB industry experience. We need your first-principles depth applied to a new domain — the precision challenges here are converging with those of semiconductor equipment.

We have multiple openings across the following disciplines：

• Mechanical — Precision stages， vibration isolation， thermal management， structural dynamics， mechatronics integration.
• Optical — High-power UV/CO₂ laser path design， beam delivery， galvo scanning， imaging optics for inspection and metrology.
• Electrical / Electronics — High-speed digital， analog front-end， power electronics for motion and laser drive.
• Control — Motion control algorithms， servo tuning， real-time systems， multi-axis synchronization.
• Software — Embedded systems， machine control， computer vision， equipment diagnostics and data pipelines.
• Research Science — Forward-looking work on novel PCB processing methods， laser-material interaction， advanced packaging， and glass substrate.
• Leadership & Project Leadership — Lead cross-functional multi-disciplinary R&D teams. Own full NPD lifecycle of ultra-precision laser/ semiconductor equipment: system requirement definition, roadmap, budget, risk control, major technical decisions and IP strategy.

You will work at the intersection of these domains — not in a single-discipline silo. The challenges are multi-physics by nature.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in precision equipment， semiconductor tools， or complex opto-mechatronic systems. 5+ years preferred for senior roles； we also have openings for exceptional junior candidates.
• Depth in your discipline： You can explain the physics， the constraints， and the trade-offs behind your past designs.
• Comfort with ambiguity： The problems are hard and not always well-defined. You will shape the solution， not just execute a spec.
• Willingness to be based in Shenzhen （preferred） or Singapore for the right candidate. Working proficiency in English is required； Mandarin is a strong plus for cross-site collaboration with our Shenzhen headquarters. For the right person， we offer an excellent benefits package.
