Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and tender submissions for precast concrete projects.

• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to verify quantities and project requirements.

• Monitor project costs, material usage, subcontractor costs, and overall budget.

• Prepare and verify progress claims, payment applications, variation orders, and final accounts.

• Evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

• Coordinate with the Project, Production, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Site teams on project quantities and costs.

• Maintain proper records of contracts, measurements, claims, variations, and cost reports.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on commercial matters.

Requirements:

• Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the precast concrete or construction industry.

• Able to read and interpret engineering, structural, and precast shop drawings.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and negotiation skills.
