Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and exit processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
• Coordinate and administer employee benefits, payroll, and other HR-related activities.
• Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organisational culture.
• Demonstrates strong analytical and financial acumen, particularly in manpower costing, annual HR budgeting, recruitment and talent acquisition strategies, as well as Industrial Relations (IR) matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist human resource or administrative role, preferably in the technology or retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, HR best practices, and administrative procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems.
• Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
• Collaborative team player with a customer-centric approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
