Job Summary

Support procurement and project operations by creating purchase orders, sourcing suppliers, managing delivery logistics, updating job costing, tracking manpower, and coordinating training to ensure smooth workflow and accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders promptly upon approval and instruction to support procurement processes
• Source and compare supplier quotes to obtain competitive pricing for required items
• Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely and smooth receipt of materials at the workshop
• Update job costing records accurately to reflect project expenses and budgets
• Record daily manpower data from WhatsApp and reconcile with project time logs for accuracy
• Verify diesel top-up records from drivers via WhatsApp and submit compiled data to Accounts
• Arrange and coordinate training sessions for workers to maintain skill development
• Collaborate effectively with office team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently
