What you'll be doing

• Supervise and manage a team of waitstaff to ensure efficient and courteous customer service
• Monitor and maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation and table service
• Organise and oversee staff scheduling, training and performance management
• Handle customer queries, concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety and hygiene regulations
• Assist in inventory management and cost control
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth flow of service
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives to enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar restaurant supervisor or floor manager role
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Thorough understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle challenges efficiently
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
