• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Ensure the security of the IT infrastructure and protect against cybersecurity threats.
• Manage and optimize network infrastructure for high availability and performance.
• Identify and recommend new technology solutions to improve business operations.
• Prepare and manage the IT department’s budget.
• Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and implement solutions.
• Oversee technical support for both hardware and software issues.
• Ensure IT support is available to meet the needs of the organization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues.

Requirements:-

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate
• Diploma/Professional Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 5-10 years’ experience

Knowledge/Skilss:

• Must able to speak fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Excellent knowledge of IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
• Proficiency in IT security and data protection.
• Ability to manage budgets and perform cost-benefit analysis.
• Project management skills and familiarity with project management software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
