Project Management Intern

Internship Details

• Duration: 3–6 months
• Location: Gutor Electronic Asia Pacific Sdn. Bhd., Glenmarie, Shah Alam, Selangor
• Monthly Allowance: RM1,000
• Department: Project Management

What You’ll Do

• Assist the Project Management team with daily project coordination and follow-up.
• Help track project progress, deadlines, deliverables, and action items.
• Prepare and update project reports, presentations, trackers, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate with different departments such as Engineering, Procurement, Production, Logistics, and Finance.
• Support Project Managers in preparing for meetings and following up on outstanding tasks.
• Assist with maintaining project documentation and records.
• Support basic data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel.
• Participate in process improvement and other project-related activities.

Who We’re Looking For

• Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work well in a team.
• Good attention to detail and follow-up skills.
