Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Objective:


To support agency recruitment and development strategies through performance analysis, management reporting, governance control, payment administration, and stakeholder coordination, with the objective of improving recruitment quality, new agent activation, productivity, and retention.



Job Responsibilities:


Performance Monitoring & Analytics

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance agency performance dashboards, evaluation frameworks, and analytical reports to monitor recruitment, activation, productivity, validation, and retention performance.
  • Analyse agency performance trends, identify business gaps, and provide insights or recommendations to support management decision-making.


Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Provide coordination and analytical support for agent recruitment and onboarding activities, including selection process tracking and compensation package assessment.


Management Reporting

  • Prepare management reporting decks and presentation materials, including monthly performance updates, business reviews, proposal papers, and ad-hoc analysis for senior management discussion.


Agency Development & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with Strategy & Planning Team, Agency Team, Training, Finance, Risk, and other business stakeholders to implement agency development strategies and follow-up actions.


Governance, Incentive & Payment Administration

  • Manage governance and control processes for agency incentive schemes, including eligibility validation, post-payout monitoring, exception handling, and coordination of clawback actions where non-compliance or irregularities are identified.
  • Prepare and coordinate Elite-related payment processing, including payment computation, supporting documentation, validation checks, approval tracking, and stakeholder follow-up to ensure timely and accurate payout.


Other Duties

  • Undertake any other duties, projects, or assignments as required to support departmental objectives and business priorities.



Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Actuarial Science, or related discipline.
  • Preferably 3-5 years of working experience in business analysis, performance management, sales management support, agency development, insurance, financial services, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and articulate business data, identify trends, and translate findings into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Pivot Table, Power Query, formulas, dashboard tools, e.g. Power Bi, dashboard preparation, and management reporting is preferred.
  • Good understanding of sales performance indicators, incentive schemes, recruitment, activation, productivity, retention, or agency management will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable handling large datasets, payment computation, eligibility validation, and governance-related checking.
  • Able to work independently, manage timelines, and handle ad-hoc analysis or urgent management requests.
  • Good business writing and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare clear management reporting decks and business updates.
