Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce adherence to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
• Coordinate with project engineers and managers to ensure timely completion of customer orders
• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of workers to achieve operational goals
• Evaluate worker performance regularly and identify training needs to enhance team capabilities

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant supervisory experience
• Ability to work rotating shifts
