Location: Shenton Way

Contract: 6 months, convertible to permanent.

Salary: $3,200 - $4,500

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM-6PM

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.

• Support GST and corporate tax filing activities in compliance with IRAS requirements.

• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare supporting documentation for audits.

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Finance team as required.

• Assist with ad hoc finance projects and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Min. 1 year of experience in handling full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, Journal Entries, Monthly/Annual Reports, GST & Corporate Tax)

• Basic knowledge of SFRS and IRAS requirements.

• Must be proficient in Excel and familiarity with relevant accounting software (SAP / Oracle NetSuite / Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Sage 300) is strongly preferred

• Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
