About the Company
Our client is a FinTech financing company providing transformations and solutions in B2B environment. They are looking for a driven and well-connected Business Development Executive to join their expanding team, report to the Business Development Director.
About the Role
Identify, engage, and onboard medium-to-large contractors, sub-contractors, and project managers who need smarter financing to scale their operations.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold outreach, site visits, industry networking, trade associations, and strategic partnerships.
Develop trusted, long-term relationships with business owners, project managers, and financial business leader, positioning out client as their go-to financial partner.
Manage the full sales process—from initial discovery and proposal presentation to contract negotiation and handover to the onboarding team.
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting construction finance, and feed insights back to product and marketing teams.
About the Requirement
2+ years in B2B business development or sales, ideally within FinTech, commercial lending, or the construction/building materials sector.
Self-starter with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding new business targets in a competitive environment.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills—comfortable engaging with, decision makers, executives and site managers alike.
Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive) and comfortable discussing digital platforms.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a problem-solving mindset.
