Job Description
Responsibilities
We are a food manufacturing company looking for a full-time accountant with a degree in accounting, at least 3 to 7 years of experience as an accountant, and experience using accounting software.
Job scope
- Assist with recording daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate ledgers, and ensuring data integrity.
- Required to handle a full set of accounts, including data entry
- Support in processing invoices, payments, and collections; manage reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Assist the Accounts receivable and Accounts payable functions
- Conduct regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial records.
- Prepare quarterly GST filing
- Involve in quarterly stock count
- Liaise with external auditors. Preparation of a full set of accounts, including audit schedules, and assist in preparing financial statements, monthly closing processes, and providing data for audits.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
