Jobscope:

• Handle staff onboarding, offboarding, and MOM matters (work passes, surveys, claims).
• Verify monthly payroll and commission figures before the Director's final approval; submit to the payroll vendor where needed.
• Approve bank payments daily within agreed limits, after checking documents and bank details
• Upkeep the HRS system
• Assist with ad hoc matters as they arise

Requirement:

• Minimum Degree in HRM or Business Finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong in powerpoint presentation
• 4-6 years experiences in handling payroll
• Self driven, self motivated, team player, organized, multitask
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills, required to communicate intensively with regional office accounts.
• Good business acumen , creative and independent

Other Information:

• Working Days: 5 working Days ( Monday to Friday)
• Working Hour: 9am to 6pm
• Staff Benefit: Flexi Plan Package
