Respectful within the team and external facing to customers
Your Scope of Work:
Essential Tasks:
Opening and closing of store
Order taking and order collection
Recommend matcha drinks to customers
Whisking matcha
Preparing matcha drinks start to finish
Cleaning up regularly, maintaining a clean bar
Receiving, restocking and arranging stocks
Arranging and restocking retail items
Recommending retail items
Operating stone mill, collection of matcha powder
Packing matcha powder
Essential Soft Skills:
Warm reception to customers
Recognise customers, their regular orders
Build regular customer base, one at a time
Share about matcha taste profiles and matcha stories
Handle all tools, equipments and stone mill with utmost care
Keep clean and tidy at all times
