Position: Staff Nurse / Clinic Nurse

Salary: RM3,000 – RM5,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, compassionate, and professional Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team at Zen Clinic. The successful candidate will provide quality nursing care, assist doctors during medical and aesthetic procedures, monitor patients’ conditions, and ensure that all treatments are carried out safely and according to established clinical procedures and SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional nursing care and support to patients throughout their visit and treatment.
  • Assess and monitor patients’ health conditions, including checking and recording vital signs.
  • Prepare patients for medical and aesthetic procedures and provide appropriate aftercare.
  • Assist doctors and medical practitioners during consultations, treatments, and minor procedures.
  • Administer medications, injections, IV treatments, and other prescribed treatments as required.
  • Prepare, handle, and operate medical equipment in accordance with SOPs and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain proper hygiene, infection control, and safety standards within the clinic.
  • Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and medical supplies are properly prepared and maintained.
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment and promptly report any abnormal findings to the doctor or supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment documentation, and nursing reports.
  • Educate patients on treatment procedures, medication, post-treatment care, and general health practices.
  • Ensure adequate stock of medical supplies and inform the relevant person when replenishment is required.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with applicable healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
  • Provide professional, friendly, and empathetic service to patients.
  • Perform other nursing and clinic-related duties assigned by the doctor or management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
  • Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board.
  • Possess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant nursing experience preferred.
  • Experience in an aesthetic, medical, dialysis, or outpatient clinic will be an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of nursing procedures, infection control, and patient safety.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Compassionate, patient-focused, responsible, and professional.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a medical team.
  • Willing to work on weekends or according to the clinic's operating schedule when required.
